History of formation and development

AMV GROUP is a group of companies operating under the Enterprise Law of Vietnam. The first company was established on July 21, 2001 in Hanoi. AMV Group operates mainly in the healthcare sector, including joint ventures in manufacturing, exporting, and importing products such as Vaccines, diagnostics products, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and Food Supplement. In addition, AMV Group has invested in medical services through vaccination clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and general clinics.

1st Stage (2001 - 2007)

The first company, Duc Minh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (ALMEDIC JSC), was Established in July 2001 after the Enterprise Law was amended.

By July 2007, ALMEDIC JSC became a parent company system with nine members operating throughout Vietnam and exporting.

2th Stage (2007 - 2023)

In 2007, Vietnam officially joined the World Trade Organization (WTO). ALMEDIC JSC restructured the system to establish AMV MEDICAL GROUP (All for Medical Vietnam). AMV GROUP focuses on business, commercial development, technology transfer, international cooperation, export, and investment in 5 categories.

Over the past 23 years of construction and development, AMV Medical Group has become one of the leading corporations in investment, joint venture production, import, and export of Vaccines, diagnostics, Medical equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Food Supplement.

Regarding investment, AMV Group provides medical services: Safpo/Potec vaccination clinic, Fastex testing laboratory, Pharmaket pharmacy, and Gentical general clinic.
